Resourcing Manager

We are a successful, innovative and fast-growing consultancy providing change management services to blue chip organisations.  We are looking for an internal, interim Resourcing Manager with experience in recruitment for the management consulting industry.

Owing to our growth, this is a challenging role which requires the successful candidate to use their recruitment expertise and in-depth knowledge of business change management to find exceptional freelance talent in a highly competitive marketplace.  You will need an extensive network of contacts in the SAP economy and a wide understanding of business change consulting disciplines from process and documentation consulting through change management, training and communications.

Working as part of an energetic and enthusiastic team this role is based from our office in Paddington, London. You will need to be able to define roles, identify candidates, screen candidates and contract with them using your recruitment and management consulting knowledge and expertise.
