We are currently recruiting for a Resourcer to join our established branch in Hook. As a Resourcer you will work closely with Recruiters to source candidates, applying specialist recruitment knowledge and expertise to source the best people for Virgin Media, by the most appropriate and cost effective sources, providing a brilliant service to all candidates.

You will have solid recruitment experience, knowledge of innovative sourcing techniques, direct sourcing capability and a passion for customer experience. Your role will be a mix of sourcing candidates online (Boolean, X Ray, LinkedIn), researching roles, and selling opportunities to candidates over the phone.

You will have strong communication and influencing skills with the ability to build rapport and facilitate meaningful and longstanding relationships. You will be of a commercial mind-set, always putting the business first. You will have direct sourcing techniques and demonstrable success alongside headhunting techniques and a Good depth and breadth of recruitment knowledge.
