My client is a global financial services organisation and are seeking an experienced Resource Planning Manager to develop the Resource/Operational planning practice to the strategic direction.

The successful candidate will have:
- Extensive experience as a Resource Planning Manager
- A proven track record within a leadership role in a large scale, multi function contact centre operation.
- An excellent understanding of workforce management solutions, scheduling methodologies and multi-media contact centre infrastructure/technology
