Resource Planner/Tracker (m/f)

IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Support project staff in developing project plans (time & resources) and consolidate them in a master plan
-Track progress against baseline, analyse deviations and assess impact of unplanned “incidents”
-Monitor project dependencies, coordinate plans between projects and escalate when required
-Use AtTask to collect/analyse figures and to produce reports, suitable for different audiences (The SAP TM Project Planner/Tracker is member of the SAP TM PMO team)

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-Bachelor’s degree plus relevant experience or equivalent representative experience without degree
-Certified PMO or substantial relevant experience in Program Management, Planning and Resources Scheduling
-Detail oriented, highly organized with excellent communication skills
-Familiar with logical sequences in terms of software development and rollout
-Excellent knowledge of Planning Software (AtTask preferred)
-Good knowledge of Microsoft® Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OneNote) and Microsoft® SharePoint
-Knowledge of SAP®
-Strategic and planning skills (ability to translate strategy to operational planning and to execute)
-Fluency in English is mandatory (written and spoken)
