RATE: £300 PER DAY

ROLE PURPOSE:
Demand and Resource planner required for a 4-6mth contract based in Manchester.
We are seeking a highly experienced senior Resource Planner to join our team for four months and develop new processes, KPI's and mentor a group of analysts into an advanced 'RP' mindset. You will be able demonstrate driving real change in an RP environment and will have lead specialist teams in this field in medium/large organisations. Experience of omni-channel (live-chat/social media) contact centres an advantage.
