Resource Manager Recruitment Advisor Manager Excel On-boarding MI

Contract £275 a day

An investment bank based in London is looking for someone to support the Resource Manager in the end to end recruitment process. They will be recruiting for a senior stakeholder in the in-house, on site recruitment role.

The successful candidate must have longevity in recent contracts, with experience in the end to end life cycle of the recruitment process.

The skills the candidate must possess are:

- On-boarding contractors
- Excel knowledge
- Produce MI and reports
- Day to day admin duty experience
- Be able to ask value questions in interviews

The candidate MUST have a recruitment background to speak to hiring managers about roles. The role will include reviewing CVs, qualifying roles, setting up and sitting in interviews. The candidate MUST have done this role recently and come from a PROFESSIONAL SERVICES BACKGROUND (BANKS, INSURANCE, LEGAL, CONSULTANCY). The bank is looking for a personable, outgoing person with fantastic communication skills.
