RESOURCE MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST needed for a LONG-TERM CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Charlotte, NC.

MUST BE CURRENTLY ELIGIBLE TO WORK IN THE US FOR ANY EMPLOYER.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS POSITION DOES NOT ALLOW FOR WORKING REMOTELY, AS SUCH THE INCUMBENT MUST BE ABLE TO WORK ONSITE IN CLIENT'S CHARLOTTE, NC LOCATION.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- This position supports Resource Owners, Project Managers and possibly Senior Project Controls Specialists on varying size projects.
- A critical success factor of this role is the ability to have strong working relationships with customers - building trust and confidence in the work this role performs. Although this position is in the Project Controls department, it will mainly be dealing in the area of Resource Management.
- Provides necessary knowledge to Resource Owners and/or Project Managers to develop and maintain resource plans in accordance with processes and/or any reports associated with resource management information.
- Tracks and reports resource status and performs resource allocation analyses at a level appropriate for the project.
- Raises issues or suggestions to the Resource Owner and/or Project Manager. Track changes to the resource plan.
- Discuss changes with Resource Owner and/or Project Manager to ensure resource allocations are in alignment.
- Generate Periodic Resource Management Reports Generate weekly, monthly and quarterly resource management reports as needed for Resource Owners and/or Project Managers.
- Responsible for gathering, verifying, analysing, and communicating data in support of project controls reporting. Responsible for distributing and archiving project controls reports as appropriate.
- The PCS is responsible for maintaining effective relationships with customers and team members. Displays proficiency in conflict resolution and reaching win-win outcomes among team members.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Education: High School Diploma/GED or applicable certification or equivalent Work Experience
-.*MUST HAVE STRONG PEOPLE SKILLS AS YOU WILL BE WORKING WITH PM'S, DIRECTORS AND MANAGERS.
- MUST BE A QUICK LEARNER AND UNDERSTAND RESOURCE MANAGEMENTS PROCESSES. WILL BE AN ADVOCATE FOR NEW PROCESSES TO BE ROLLED OUT. LOOKING FOR A STRONG CHANGE AGENT BACKGROUND.
- Expertise in Resource Management Processes and Methodologies.
- Moderate understanding of ITDM and Project Server.
