Resource/Capacity Planning Analyst

A major retail bank is looking for a Capacity/Resource Planning Analyst to join a large complex programme.

The main purpose of the role will be to provide Back Office support to two senior Resource Planning Managers responsible for building a complex Resource Model for a cross functional programme of work. This will involve supporting the development of a complex Resource and Capacity Model for a major cross functional programme; a main aspect will also involve the maintenance of the workforce management system.

Suitable candidates must have/be:
*Experience of supporting Resource/Capacity Management and workforce management functions for a major blue chip company, ideally within financial services.
*Previous experience workforce management tools.
*A strong background in Resource and Capacity Planning and supporting complex Resource Plans
*Ideally experience of Back Office and telephony functions
