Hyphen are exclusively recruiting for a Resource Analyst to join a large banking organisation based in Bristol on an initial 6 month contract.
As a Resource Analyst you will work in the resourcing team and will source IT focused candidates for the bank through a variety of different ways. The ideal candidate will have worked in a resourcing capacity within the IT space and will have a high level of understanding in a variety of IT positions within a banking environment.
You will need to have experience in sourcing candidates, qualifying them against specifications/projects and then presenting them to different hiring managers within the bank.
