Reservoir Engineer - Houston

Reservoir Engineer is urgently needed to fill a position inHouston,TXwith a small independent oil and gas company.

Description:

* Responsible for monitoring and optimizing reservoir performance for both operated and non-operatedGulfCoastproperties.
* Work closely with members of the operations and commercial teams to optimize recovery and minimize cost.
* Develop and implement depletion and production optimization strategies, workover and recompletion programs, engineering evaluations of prospective production property acquisitions, and coordination.
* Experience in performing reserve analysis for development decisions, acquisitions and divestitures and quantifying risks and mitigation factors.

Requirements

* Bachelor's Degree in Reservoir or Petroleum Engineering from aU.S.
* Recent experience inGulfCoastproperties
* Experience in Reservoir Management, Surveillance
* Must be legally allowed to work in theU.S.; eitherU.S.citizen or permanent resident (possess Green Card).
* Greater than 20 years experience in the oil and gas industry
