An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a truly ground breaking provider of world-leading big data solutions. Our client is looking to bring on board a Research Scientist to aid in the development of mathematical models to explain or predict real phenomena and to apply mathematical principles to identify trends in data sets. The Research Scientist will work to contribute to the development of commercial products and will work across teams and will act to design, build, and test advanced algorithms.
The Research Scientist will need:
- PhD in related subject
- Mathematical programming skills, or a deep interest in this area
- Expertise in modern data analysis
- Extensive research experience
- Excellent communication skills
- An interest in Big Data and related technologies
