- Strong laboratory skills, general knowledge of sterilization, and tissue culture techniques required
- Expertise in variety of cell-based assays with hands-on skills in ELISA assay/screen and assay development and validation.
- Expertise in WP and in-cell assays
- General knowledge on lab automation and plate readers.
- A working knowledge of data management tools is a plus
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills are essential
- Highly organized, ability to prepare technical reports, summaries, protocols, and quantitative analyses
- Ability to multi-task, able to independently analyze and solve problems
- Education/Experience: B.S./M.S. in Biochemistry, Cell Biology or equivalent, and a minimum of 3-5 years of laboratory experience.
