JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform Plasma isolation using an automated liquid handler.
- Extraction of cfDNA.
- Sequencing Library preparation.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education: BS degree.
- An excellent understanding of molecular biology methods for nucleic acid processes.
- Solid understanding of nucleic acid biochemistry.
- Working knowledge of NGS and qPCR a plus.
- DNA purification methods.
- An ability to be flexible in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
- A demonstrated ability to work well with others.
- Attention to Detail.
