Requisition Engineer Job

REQUISITION ENGINEER needed for a 12 month contract opportunity with Yoh's client located in Erie, PA. There is 30% domestic travel to customer sites.

THE BIG PICTURE - TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- Electrical Engineering
- Cable Design/Routing
- Harness Design
- Locomotive Engineering

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Create/update drawings in company systems (Agile and Drawing Retrieval systems)
- Conduct surveys of locomotives for implementation of retrofit products at customer sites
- System integration on multiple platforms of locomotive control systems
- Kit design: cabling and routing of wire harnesses
- Provide customer training/support for installation and troubleshooting of product lines.
- Provide requirements to other engineering subsystems for implementation of product lines.
- Provide inputs for schedule and costs

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- BS degree in Engineering. BSEET is highly preferred.
- Three (3 +) years of working on Electrical systems of locomotives or other heavy machinery.
- Must have Experience with controls systems or electrical systems

- Locomotive Engineering
