Aktuell suchen wir Unterstützung durch einen erfahrenen Requirements Manager SAP Basis. Als Requirements Manager SAP Basis besitzen Sie langjährige Projekterfahrung.

Aufgaben im Projekt sind:
Specification Management and Project Supervision
+ Analysis and qualifications of requests in central requirement mailbox
+ Definition and specification of functional and non-functional service scope requested (requirement document)
+ Integration of all internal stakeholders to orchestrate solution design
+ Derivation of SAP Basis services / work packages to be delivered to cover the requirements and the derived schedule are determined under given standards of SAP Basis delivery (cost estimate and project schedule)
+ Derivation of staffing requests
+ Identification of gaps in the service catalogue
+ Assurance that work and cost stays within schedule and budget, and that the new solution does in fact meet requirements
+ Handover: Coming in about the application’s acceptability and handing it over to production supported by the transition managers

Operations Management
+ Planning yearly CTB forecast
+ Break-down of requested solutions into services to be planned in work preparation and staffing requirements
+ SPOC of the customer to get to know about status of deliverables
+ Program Management
+ OLA measurement

Communication Management
+ SPOC for scope clarification for the SAP Basis delivery
+ SPOC for all customers and internal / external stakeholders to report progress.

+ Minimum of 5 years experience in SAP Basis solution design
+ Minimum of 5 years experience in requirement and specification management
+ Good communication skills
+ Strong negotiation skills
+ Good influencing skills
+ Very good Project / Program Management skills
+ Solid IT Architecture skills focusing on SAP Basis technologies
+ Strong conceptual skills
+ Willingness to travel for bridging customer and SAP Basis operations requirements
