Requirements Engineer with Experience in the Diagnostics Laboratory Do

For our client, a major producer and distributer of pharmaceuticals based in central Switzerland, we are looking for a REQUIREMENTS ENGINEER WITH EXPERIENCE IN THE DIAGNOSTICS LABORATORY DOMAIN (2766)

Our clients is undertaking a redesign of its group-wide client information system and process. This project covers a wide spectrum of products and a client base in 120 countries. Goal of the project is to standardize and harmonize the communication with clients to ensure an efficient process that will meet superior quality standards.

In this demanding role, you will be expected to conduct an analysis of the current group-wide processes and systems, define a target structure and conduct a gap analysis between status quo and target structure.

The suitable candidate will have the following EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

- Science Bachelor or Master degree (eg IT, Math)
- Education in analysis (Business Analysis or Requirements Engineering)
- IREB Certification
- Diagnostic laboratory domain knowledge (3y+)
- Requirements Engineering in international projects (5y+)
- BPMN, UML (2y+)
- Tools: Adonis, Enterprise Architect (Sparx) (2y+)
- Very good listening skills, with the ability to adapt to the different stakeholders
- Proactive and open communication
- Flexible in changing environments
- Fluency in English and if possible German
