Requirements Engineer - Watchkeeper Programme

I am looking to hire REQUIREMENTS ENGINEER - WATCH-KEEPER PROGRAMME for one of my Public Sector Client. Please read the below job Specification

PRIMARY PURPOSE

- To manage the configuration of the WK UAS fleet and the associated engineering functions within the WK EA.
- Providing an engineering support function to the Watchkeeper Engineering Authority to enable the effective management of engineering and airworthiness aspects of the Watchkeeper UAS.

TASKS

- Act as WK Configuration Manager.
- Act as WK GOLDesp System Manager (EA focal point for GOLDesp including primary interface with Thales Boundary Cell)
- Manage EA input into WK pre-BMAR activity.
- Act as the Tech Pubs lead for WK EA liaising closely with Publication Organisations, Users and UAST ILS Team Tech Pubs Manager.
- Management of 2(A)1/SPS on behalf of WK EA.
- Manage the inflow and outflow of Technical Information (Tech Notes etc) to/from WK EA.
- Act as the Quality Management Focal Point for WK EA, developing and maintaining a suite of WK specific workflows' (feeding into the UAST suite of Local Instructions), as part of coherent Quality Management System.
- Liaison with WK CAMO and industry regarding WK fleet (in-service, trials and storage) configuration management issues
- Oversight of WK Technical Instruction management.
- Management of Watchkeeper Maintenance Documentation (MOD Form 700) policy and upkeep.
- Develop and improve the Watchkeeper engineering processes in order to obtain better VFM
