Requirements Engineer Trading/Funds

For our banking client in Zurich we are looking for a

SENIOR IT BA/REQUIREMENT ENGINEER FOR FUNDS PROGRAM

Location: Zurich

- Exciting role as BA/Scrum Master in the Funds program in the Order Trade Management Domain
- Achieve challenging goals and deliver first grade business value by implementing adequate solutions in an agile (Scrum), cost-efficient and goal focused manner
- Create a sustainable and trustworthy relationship with project stakeholders
- Responsibility for providing direction to the project team and being responsible to develop stories for a team of 6 developers (onshore and offshore)
- Responsibility to lead small to medium teams to develop sustainable state of the art solutions that drive Funds Execution business forward and that enables to migrate away from Host/Mainframe System
- Elicit, analyze, document and support prioritization of requirements, processes and improvement processes, ensuring a common understanding between IT and Business

YOU OFFER

- Graduate degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- PROVEN TRACK RECORD OF AT SEVERAL YEARS OF EXPERIENCE AS BUSINESS ANALYST
- PROVEN TRACK RECORD AS SCRUM MASTER IN BANKING/FINANCE IS AN ADVANTAGE
- EXPERIENCE IN WORKING WITH AGILE METHODS (SCRUM)
- Good knowledge of Funds products and Order Trade Management
- Proactive and solution oriented personality with hands-on mentality and strong communication skills
- Fluent language skills in English are mandatory, German would be nice to have
