Requirements Engineer (Mifid Document Output)

Our client is an international Tier1 bank located in Zurich.

For a large international project we're looking for a contractor/consultant acting as Requirements Engineer/Business Analyst covering the project stream: MIFID DOCUMENT OUTPUT & DISTRIBUTION

START DATE IS ASAP.

The assignment is planned for 12 MONTHS with optional prolongation.

Tasks

- Strengthen the existing Business Analysis Team (5 streams and BAs in total), covering a the project stream: Mifid Document Output & Distribution
- Conceptualise business requirements (on various level of detail) and turn them into detailed IT system specifications
- Drive requirements prioritisation and facilitate discussions
- Align diverging views of the different parties involved into a mutually accepted solution
- Closely liaise with key stakeholders in Front units (Relationship Managers, Investment Solution & Advisory) and IT functions (Application Development, Testing, IT Service Owners), Business Responsible of the Application
- Propose business concepts and process adaptions
- Contribute to test case design
- Assist in the preparation of training and support material

Requirements

- Previous experience as Requirements Engineer or Business Analyst on project basis
- Good regulatory understanding of market conduct regulations (eg MiFID 2)
- Experience in Document Output & Distribution
- Excellent know-how of investment management processes and solutions, including product suitability aspects, portfolio risk management, valuations, client output
- High degree of familiarity with projects in a global context (multiple locations, cross-cultural teams)
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Well-structured and proactive mind-set
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Fluency in English (written & spoken), German is highly desirable
