Requirements Engineer Medical Devices (m/f/d)

MY DUTIES:

- Requirements Engineering in the diagnostics laboratory automation sector supporting the "Workflow & IT" organization who provides innovative automation solutions for Diagnostic Laboratories to optimize their workflow/intra-logistic processes, which results in an improvement in testing efficiency, service to clinicians and provided patient care 
- Creating / supporting requirements and specifications 
- Risks Management regarding criticality rating of requirements 
- Ensuring implementation of department and divisional standards and guidelines
- Decomposing Product Requirements into Technical Requirements (TRQ, SSP, USP) (functional requirements and quality), specified in an appropriate level of detail 
- Representing requirements using alternative views, such as analysis models (diagrams), prototypes or scenarios where appropriate 
- Lead requirements analysis, ensuring that requirement statements are complete, consistent, concise, comprehensible, traceable, feasible, unambiguous, and verifiable and that they conform to standards  
- Defining the Requirements management plan and the the requirements change management process 
- Managing requirements traceability information, track requirements status throughout the project and managing changes to baselined requirements through effective application of change control processes and tools 
- Implementing effective requirements practices, including use and continuous improvement of a requirements process

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

- Bachelor´s or Master´s degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Software Engineering or in a Biochemical discipline
- Experienced in the field of recuirements / system engineering - Model-Based System Engineering preferred 
- Fluent English and German language skills - written and spoken 
- Experience in Lifecycle-tools welcome
- Working experience in a laboratory environment is beneficial
