Requirements Engineer - IT Banking

We are currently recruiting for Requirements Engineer for a contract position based in Lucerne.

Your main responsibilities will be:

*Analyse business requirements through workshops, interviews, discussions.
*Document requirements with features list, diagrams, business rules, prototypes.
*Working in collaboration with the software engineers to create solution proposals and estimations.
*Support changes to requirements and maintain traceability
*Pre testing to ensure application stability and maturity for integration testing
*Analyse defects from testing cycles and track bug fixing.
*Support production issues with problem analysis and professional incident communication
*understand the technical setup of the applications
*Analyse business problems in the Database with SQL queries

For this position you will need the following skills and experience/knowledge:

*Fluent in German and English
*Business Analysis and IT requirements engineering experience
*UML, XML, Web-Services, data modelling, SQL, MQ/JMS
*Web UI/Java applications development projects (as an engineer or analyst)
*PowerPoint, excel, word and presentations skills
*Agile methodologies (scrum/iterative, JIRA, stories)
