- Broad knowledge of the banking/financial business
- Strong skills in the analysis and specifications of requirements
- Strong skills for logical and cross linked thinking
- Strong skills to handle stakeholders with different background
- Strong ability to work both independently and integrated in a project team
- Experience with the usage of JIRA, Polarion, Quality Center; experience with Agile (SCRUM) would be an advantage
- Excellent command of English with good understanding written and spoken German
