FOR OUR BANKING CLIENT IN BERN WE ARE CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR A MOTIVATED REQUIREMENT ENGINEER

START: 1.04.2015

DURATION: 6 MONTHS

LOCATION: BERN

Strong skills in the analysis and specification of Business Rule-, Screen- and Interface Requirements

Strong communication skills for peer- (Requirement Engineers, Solution Architect, Test Engineer) and Business communication (Business Application Owner, Business Analysts, Business User)

Strong skills for logical and cross linked thinking (vernetztes Denken)

Good ability for self organization and independent working (selbständiges arbeiten)

Knowledge about workflow steered/supported processes

Basic knowledge about the banking business

Fluent written and spoken German

Good written and spoken English

Strong soft skills to handle stakeholders with different background (Requirement engineers, Project leads, Programmers, Offshore resources, Testers etc.)

Strong ability to work both independently and integrated in a project team

Good time-management

ADVANTAGEOUS SKILLS:

Experienced with the usage of JIRA, Polarion, Quality Center

Experienced with the usage of Visio

Experienced with Agile (SCRUM)

Experience in application development projects following incremental and iterative approaches (RUP, Agile)

Experience in Credits domain, Risk Management

Motivation to contribute software improvements in an interesting environment experience in banking or finance industry

Experience with workflow, particularly with workflow automation/straight-through-processing

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
