- Develop a reporting prototype for Incident, Problem, Change and Release
- Analyse the structure of existing reports and identifying ways to optimise them based on client's requirements
- Provide quality assurance to ensure the accuracy of data and information
- Create procedural documents to support the reporting creation.
To be successful the ideal candidate will have;
- Experience with developing reports in Service Manager
- Experience in developing Service Management reporting (Incident, Problem, Change and Release)
- Experience in presentation of data in dashboard format, for Executive briefings
- ITIL Foundations V3
- Attention to detail
