OVERVIEW:

The Reporting and QA Analyst will be responsible for data analysis and generation of quality metrics reports, weekly status reports during the data collection and migration execution phase. This analyst will also be responsible for overseeing the Advisor Satisfaction Survey process and compilation of results.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Generate daily, weekly, monthly and project end performance reports.
- Present performance reports to the Project and Executive Teams.
- Generate reports on identified measurements and metrics.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Experience with authoring customer satisfaction surveys and survey tools
- Proven ability to prioritize and evaluate competing criteria based on an established set of rules
- Must have experience in Oracle PROC, Oracle RDBMS, Oracle SQL, and SQL
- Experience with SQL Query tools preferred (Transactional SQL, Query Designer, etc.)
- Quality Assurance experience
- Expertise with Microsoft Office (Advanced Excel)
- Understanding and ability to apply quantitate and qualitative data analysis
- Experience working with work flow software tools, such as SharePoint
- Analytical mind set
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to audiences of various levels in the organization
