Reporting and Frameworks Manager - Operational Risk

Our Financial Services client has a requirement for a Reporting and Frameworks Manager.

Candidates should have extensive and very recent experience of managing, developing and implementing Operational Risk Frameworks, and managing the production of Operational Risk and CRO reporting. This experience needs to have been gained within a retail banking environment.

Skills Required

- Operational Risk Frameworks SME
- Retail Banking background
- Qualified at degree level
- A professional qualification from the Institute of Risk Management or another relevant profession, such as Internal Audit, Accountancy would be an advantage
- Detailed knowledge of the tools and techniques of Risk Management in Financial Services
- Experience of developing and using pragmatic Operational Risk Frameworks

Candidates should also have excellent stakeholder management and strong communication skills.
