- General understanding of reporting methodologies and application of key reporting software
- BI and Reporting experience
- Strong interpersonal/communication abilities
- Strong stakeholder management skills - ability to conduct workshops and present to management and select executive members
- Creativity and Problem-solving skills
- Proficient in requirements gathering and analysis
- Analytical skills (eg optimization and prediction, craves discovery of business knowledge)
- SQL and relational database knowledge
- Basic ability to navigate in Unix filesystems, particularly understanding of permissions
- Strong work ethic, ability to work to tight deadlines
