Reporting Analyst

My client a leading energy provider in the UK currently requires an Excel Reporting Analyst. The Successful candidate shall be targeted onto providing timely and accurate reports which enable IT Operations to manage internal teams, service partners and the end user service effectively. The Service Reporting Analyst will provide reports for a wide range of stakeholders so the ability to communicate effectively at all levels is essential. An awareness of ITIL best practice and an appreciation of changing Business and Customer needs is also desirable.

Knowledge/experience expected

The person required should be competent in the use of Excel, Word and PowerPoint and should have experience of reporting in both a textual and statistical format. Candidates who have an awareness of ITIL are desired as the post holder may be expected to undertake required ITIL training. You should come with excellent and demonstrable written skills and a high degree of numeric competency and be highly service oriented and improvement focused
