Yoh has a contract opportunity for a REPORTING ANALYST to join our client in Atlanta, GA.

Job Responsibilities:
- Provides decision support analytics for the Sales Engineering organization. The information and data will be utilized for making informed decisions about the business, understanding operational environment, and driving team productivity. The information will also be used by the affiliated Sales teams and may facilitate driving sales productivity.
- Provides reporting and analysis for all measures of success derived from the organizational strategy and objectives. This involves identifying targets, tracking results, and analysing success against those metrics. Analysis of data requires evaluation against pre-determined, identifiable factors. Must be able to concisely document their analysis, provide relevant details, and present their findings with recommendations to management, where appropriate.
- Responsible for driving automation leveraging Business Intelligence tools, including owning the development and implementation of automation standards, making recommendations and leading change in the current reporting environment.
- Leverage Business Intelligence tools to automate existing reporting and develop new reports and dashboards for the Sales Engineering organization, based on requirements gathered.
- Develop and customize reports and measurement tools to support business needs across all regions and geographies. Support routinely scheduled reporting and ad-hoc requests.
- Act as primary point of contact for routine and ad-hoc data/reporting requests. Prioritize requests and effectively manage deliverables. Automate request process.
- Utilize various applications (Salesforce.com, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Sprint internal systems) for data sourcing, reporting, and analysis. Validate findings.
- Run Salesforce.com reports, identify incomplete or missing records based on business rules, and convert data into Excel template.
- Maintain analytics on platform that can be accessed by all organizational constituents seeking Business Intelligence information.
- Prepare business metrics dashboards and operations results, quarterly and monthly. Utilize this information to create executive presentations for all regional leaders. Coordinate gathering information with regional leaders. Automate delivery of this information.
- Ensure accurate and on-time delivery of metrics and reports.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand changing business and technical requirements. Proactively identify opportunities for improvement to reports and reporting processes. Resolve stakeholder concerns as needed. Identify new reporting or analytical solutions to internal stakeholders.

Job Qualifications:
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Technical ability to automate Reports (pivot tables, formulas, vlookups, macros).
- EXPERIENCE WITH SALESFORCE REQUIRED.
- Ability to learn quickly in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent team player able to work with virtual cross functional teams.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and tasks.
- Ability to work with deadlines and in a fast paced environment.
- Detail oriented
- Analytical ability to evaluate results and recognize anomalies
- Three (3) plus years coursework toward completion of a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or similar field or equivalent experience.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- Employee must be a self starter who can work independently and under remote management.

Preferred Job Skills/Experience/Knowledge:
- Four to five (4-5) years of experience with Enterprise applications/modules: CRM (Salesforce.com).
- Experience with knowledge management or knowledgebase systems.
- Three (3) plus years of Sales Operations or Financial Analysis.
- Exposure to Sales organizations.
- Excellent, creative problem-solving skills.
- Expert level knowledge of Microsoft Office 2010, inclusive of Excel and SharePoint.
- Working knowledge of Customer Relationship Management, Salesforce Automation Systems, Enterprise Resource Planning and enterprise reporting tools.
- In-depth business and Sales acumen with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks manage conflicting priorities and to complete assignments under aggressive time constraints independently.
- Demonstrates initiative, enthusiasm, poise and presence.
- Ability to work effectively with a variety of organization, management levels, cultures, and personalities.
- Strives to improve performance and to have a significant impact on department's success.
