Report Developer: ITSM, ITIL, Business Analyst, MySQL, Pharma

My client, a world renowned global organisation based in Prague is seeking a Report Developer/Business Analyst with extensive ITIL knowledge (ITIL Expert preferred). The successful candidate will have several years of enterprise pharmaceutical experience, an extensive knowledge of SQL/MySQL and at least 6+ years experience in strategic implementation of ITIL Processes and Tools.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

* Fluent in English and German - oral and written
* University Degree M.Sc. in Informatics, Electrical Engineering, Computing or similar area
* ITIL V3 Foundation certificate mandatory, ITIL V3 Expert desired
* At least 6+ years experience in strategic/operational IT Service Management disciplines
* Several years of major pharmaceutical corporation experience together with a good understanding of processes/methodologies/organization etc. desired.
* Must have/key criteria: very good Knowledge of MS SQL.
* Profound experience in producing technical documentation.
* Profound experience with the BMC ITSM toolset.
* Profound experience with ITSM Reporting.
* Team player in a challenging corporate IT environment.
* Ability to work in an international as well as multicultural environment.
* Very good written and verbal communication skills.
* Flexibility and experience in prioritizing tasks.
* Ability to deal with variable workload.
