Report Developer/Analyst

* This role can be done remotely from any location.*

Candidate must be able to quickly understand how a Managed Print Services line of business functions and the processes involved supporting it.

The candidate must then apply that knowledge to implement high quality Reports which meet the requirements of our customers.

The candidate needs to have excellent communication skills to be able to talk to customers and gather requirements. They must be self-motivated, be able to work in a Global Team and have a desire to excel in the area of Reporting and Business Intelligence.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

The candidate should ideally have experience in delivering and Maintaining reporting/dash boarding to a large enterprise preferable in the IT Service Delivery sector.

- Good knowledge of ITIL and Information Technology Service Management
- Experience in using an Enterprise report Delivery platform
- Ability to lead reports request from the initial requirements gathering until sign off by the Internal Customers.
- Provide and maintain documentation to the business on the various Reports
- Working Experience with Databases such as MS Access and SQL Server
- Understand concepts of Dimensional Datamodelling and relational Databases
- Ability to write SQL data queries
- Experience in some sort of programming language, preferable Visual Basic
- Excellent Verbal and written communication skills
- Understand auditing and security requirements for delivering reports
