Remedy Service Engineer (SC) - Contract - London - £Competitive

Synergize Consulting are now hiring for a Remedy Service Engineer to work at a leading civil client based in London on a contract basis.

This engineer is required to act as the facilitator role between Architecture team standing up the Remedy tool to the Service Management ITIL Process team gathering requirements.

Responsibilities include:

- G ather and document equirements for the Remedy tool configuration (out of the box) and provide to

the Architecture team

-W ork with the Service Management work stream to ensure the Policy, Process and Procedure are documented accordingly in order to deliver standard Remedy Toolset in line with ITIL V3.0
- Support of Remedy userbase where required

Experience required:

-Remedy Service Process Engineering skills and experience
- ITIL v3.0 Foundation or above
- Due to the nature of the client it would be an advantage for candidates to hold or be eligible to undergo SC Clearance
