A leading name in System Integration require a Remedy Engineer contract resource (6-12 months) with detailed knowledge of service management implementation through a BMC Remedy solution, with immediate focus on Service Desk (event management), incident, change and problem management. Additional effort will be required for configuration management and the contract will be based in Abu Dhabi (United Arab Emirates).

The Remedy Engineer must have In depth knowledge of the BMC Remedy tool set with ability to turn business requirements into technical specifications and implement, configure and de-bug. A strong communicator with the ability to communicate ideas and recommendations effectively with the project team and internal/external stakeholders.
