CONSULTANT/TICKET OFFICER (REMEDY)

An experienced Consultant/Ticket Officer (Remedy) is required to join one of Europe's leading operators, a globally known multicultural telecoms and television company

The ideal Consultant/Ticket Officer (Remedy) will possess these core skills:

- Knowledge about Unix/Linux, SQL-queries (Oracle, MySQL).
- Experience with network inventory systems or DCIM applications
- Hands on experience with network equipment (Preferably)
- Good analytical and reporting skills
- Good communication skills

CONSULTANT/TICKET OFFICER (REMEDY)

Based in Amsterdam, as an Consultant/Ticket Officer (Remedy) your day to day activities would include collecting requirements from the business concerning network inventory related activities, storing user requests and project activities by using Service Management Systems (Remedy) and Jira project management systems. You will also be asked to monitor daily running of imported jobs and analyse data from running imports and find solutions to improve the data quality.
