This position is initially up until Christmas covering a long term sickness absence however this is likely to be extended.
Although planning will be mostly provided the school really need an experienced Humanities Teacher who can come straight in and be familiar with the schemes of work.
To be considered for this role you will need to be:-
- An experienced Humanities Teacher with recent experience teaching Religious Studies
- Familiar with Teaching Religious Studies up to KS4
- Have your own transport or be able to commute on a daily basis
- Have strong classroom management skills
- Be able to use your own initiative and work as part of a team
- Have the ability to adapt to suit lessons at short notice
