Reliability Technician III Job

RELIABILITY TECHNICIAN III needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh's client located in Charlotte, NC.
THE BIG PICTURE - TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- Troubleshooting and repair packaging equipment
- Mechanical
- Hydraulics

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Performs maintenance activities in accordance with approved procedures requiring limited supervision.
- Proficient at analysing and troubleshooting the root cause of packaging equipment problems
- Implements effective preventive and/or corrective maintenance repairs to provide increased reliability
- Assists in developing SOPs and planning non-destruct test methods and participates in the P-F curve analysis and FMEA
- Refers deviations from standard procedures to the supervisor. Identifies maintenance improvements that increase efficiency, throughput and quality
- Train others in setting up equipment, if applicable. Identifies and solves complex problems
- Interfaces with external vendors and service providers
- Independently performs preventive and predictive maintenance tasks on all Packaging Equipment according to the frequency written in the SOP.
- Performs condition-based monitoring while PM's are being performed, and notes problems or changes in the comment section of the PM form

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- BA/BS degree in related field
- Qualified with appropriate certifications, as required, and demonstrates competence in packaging equipment maintenance, repair and set-up
- Ability to read schematics, technical drawings and blueprints
- Must be proficient in troubleshooting and repair in four or more of the following areas: Electrical, Hydraulics, Pneumatics, Mechanical AND PLC's

BONUS POINTS! OTHERWISE KNOWN AS PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Pharmaceutical Industry experience
- ACCP-Level II Certification or equivalent experience
