Reliability Engineer

Reliability Engineer is required to provide Reliability and Maintainability support with minimal supervision.

Typical activities will include:
R&M Analysis of the Sub contractors systems.
R&M Analysis of the Sub systems.
Support to the R&M Lead Engineer.
R&M Report writing.
Maintainability Point of Contact.
Support to Trials.
FMECA.
FRACAS.
DRACAS.
Advise on internal build Reliability and Maintainability testing and assessment.
R&M apportionment.
Fault tree analysis.
Reliability block diagrams.
Stakeholder engagement (safety, internal and external customers).
Use of Microsoft office tools including Project and ARM.
Spares modelling.
Logistics Demonstration.

The successful candidates will have the below skills:
An understanding of Reliability and Maintainability Engineering
Experience of FMECA, DRACAS, FRACAS and R&M analysis.
Experience with software tools and models associated with R&M Engineering.
Experience of Reliability Centred Maintenance.
Strong communication skills both verbal and written including Report writing.
Ability to work with minimum supervision.
Knowledge of Mil Standards 0040.
Have an awareness of maintainability using MACMT and MTTR techniques.
Candidates must be willing to undergo a security vetting procedure.
