Release Manager - Energy House - Reading

Leading Energy House is seeking to hire a RELEASE MANAGER as soon as possible. The company is an innovative Energy House and they are looking for a Release Manager with a good understanding of technology projects to work in their Global Energy Marketing and Shipping production environment. They are working with very good volumes and expect very big things for the remainder of 2013 and onwards, so now is a great time to join. The role is very hands-on with exposure to both release management and QA. The team perform tests, manage code deployment and configuration changes. You must have experience performing release management, along with experience of working in a structured environment. You must have an understanding of full test lifecycle and ideally some experience with offshore teams. Experience in an energy trading activity support system (e.g. nMarket, Rome Credit, Shipnet, Zema) is massively advantageous. This a permanent position based in the clients head office in Reading.
