Release Manager wanted for our Zürich based client in the banking sector.
Your experience/skills:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in release management or change management
- Knowledge and understanding of SDLC methodologies as well as Jira, Sharepoint knowledge and common Microsoft Products
- Understanding of project planning in technical and fast pace environment also able to work cohesively and collaborate with analytic functions throughout the organization
- Operational knowledge and understanding of financial services product terminology
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Align and ensure E2E Release Coordination
- Assigning items to releases based on readiness and dependencies
- Review Change Requests before the CAB meeting to ensure quality
- Creation of Release Notes if necessary, Release Plans and Closing Report
- Packaging Coordination
- Gathering PSO related approvals
- Ensure Communication and Escalation Management during Rollout if necessary
