Release & Deployment Manager
I have a great 12months + contract for a RELEASE & DEPLOYMENT MANAGER, for a market leading client of mine. My client can offer a quick start for the selected RELEASE & DEPLOYMENT MANAGER. The RELEASE
- Owning and ensuring appropriate prioritization of the division's deploy and release calendar and ensure that it is kept up to date so that deliveries/products are put into test and production according to known plans and timetables
- Schedule, prepare and coordinate production settings for test and production environments production of services, applications and infrastructure solutions
- Schedule, prepare and coordinate start-up support in connection with production settlements
- To ensure that minimizes the Group's risk of release-related errors, by ensuring safe introduction of new products into testing and production environment
- Facilitates Division's Risk and Event Management, and will ensure continuous improvement of processes and routines for development and production
- Responsibility to ensure optimal interfaces to other processes in SDLC
- Develop concepts to operationalize the Release & Deploy methodology and help at any time use structured method and technology-adapted planning, development, control, approval, and documentation of hardware and software to be introduced into testing and production environment
The RELEASE
- Minimum 5 years' experience from working with and in Release processes
- Experience from IT project management
- Experience from working with the ITIL framework
- Maintain good knowledge and experience in using tools that support the Release process
- Practical experience in realizing solutions in complex system portfolios
