Release/Deployment Analyst (m/f)

IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Follow the SDLC from business requirement gathering to implementation
-Translate business requirements to EMEA specific functional specifications and coordinate software development
-Coordinate with IT team to ensure infrastructure is in place on time
-Support installation of hardware for UAT, Production and COB environments
-Support UAT releases, deployment and installation of packages in UAT environments
-Support UAT testing and maintenance of UAT servers
-Coordinate issue resolutions and testing of fixes in UAT to ensure bug-free production implementation
-Ensure UAT sign-offs are received on time from all stakeholders
-Prepare implementation plan for production release
-Install packages into both Production and COB environments
-Support post production activities
-Support business in optimization of thresholds to improve productivity of cases

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-Expertise in Unix, Linux and Windows platforms
-Strong Web Server, Web Sphere and Application Server knowledge
-Strong Oracle and SQL knowledge
-Knowledge of P1/OS data model and application modules is a must, such as OS visibility, IOS etc.
-Experience in private banking industry is a plus
-Excellent communication skills in English are a must, every other European language is a plus
-Good analytic and data analysis capabilities are a must
