SENIOR RELATIONSHIP MANAGER: IT OPERATIONS - TIER 1 INVESTMENT BANK - £600/day Client: Tier 1 Investment Bank Location: London Type: Contract Rate: £600/day INVESTMENT BANKING/BIG 4 CONSULTANCY EXP : ESSENTIAL Our client urgently requires a Strong Relationship Manager to come on board their IT Operations function (ITO). Global IT Operations supports all areas of the bank with core IT infrastructure, networks, database, middleware, communications and desktop technologies. The role holder will be responsible for managing the relationships between ITO and one of GBM IT Asset Class Heads. The ITO RM will provide consultancy / guidance to the Asset Class by collaborating closely with ITO SMEs Responsibilities Providing; - Financials - Workbook Management - Estate Management (including evergreening) - ITO Programmes/Initiatives - ITO strategies/roadmaps - Service quality Candidate will need to have; - Solid understanding of Front/Back Office/Regulatory business - Experience with Global IT team in an Investment Bank - Sound IT Infrastructure knowledge (networks, mid-range servers, storage, middleware, virtualisation and databases) Qualifications; - ITIL Service Management framework - Prince 2/PMP - Degree in IT/Business related subject Client Relationship Management - ITIL - service delivery - banking - investment - asset class- infrastructure - network support - middleware - storage - database - IT Operations - stakeholder management - EXEC - Mancoms - evergreening - Prince2 - MSP - PMP - Financials- Governance - desktop technologies- software delivery - virtualisation.
