Relationship Manager / Contract Manager - Banking

A UK bank are embarking on a new project which will require them to on board a strong relationship manager with a background in being an intermediary between internal and external parties.

The successful candidate will have a background in working with parties that are unable contact each other directly and acting as an intermediary to address and resolve any issues that may arise. In addition, experience of conflict management and resolution management is advantageous along with having worked within an environment where discretion is important.

Essential Requirements

- Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with third parties
- Experience of managing demands, problems and queries between parties that are unable to directly contact each other
- Strong experience acting as an intermediary and when necessary, acting with discretion
- Experience of conflict management and resolution management
- Track record within banking and financial services
