EXCELLENT OPPORTUNITY FOR -RELATIONSHIP MANAGER

Our client is an IT consulting and services firm, specializing in Cloud Computing, Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), Middleware and Integration. Our client believe in IT for business' and measure success by monitoring elements such as customer retention reduced Total Cost of Ownership and increased revenues for our customers. Agility and time-to-market are two key benefits customers engage us for. Specifically, our experience in agile methodologies and the global delivery model help facilitate serviceability and cost-effective delivery.

SKILLS:

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to play the role of a spokesperson for our client as well as a mediator when needed
- Ability to sell Concepts effectively to secure buy-ins from senior client stakeholders
- Ability to clearly express ideas and connect with the client business teams
- Ability to communicate the impact of any technical initiative on the business
- Experience in IT Service initiatives in the past would be a huge advantage

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Build strong relationships with client stakeholders to effectively communicate the benefits of adopting a new way of working
- Socialize the initiative/be the spokesperson to create the mind-set required for the success of the initiative
- Give them confidence in our capabilities through examples and achievements within the projects
- Get a buy-in from the stakeholders to adopt this initiative and wholeheartedly implement it and demonstrate success
- Regular meetings with the senior management and business stakeholders to ensure they are up-to-date on the happenings on the ground and are aware of the progress or lack of it - explaining any risks and challenges being faced in the initiative
- Ensure all good work gets publicized - conduct events, workshops & other programs etc. to spread the message across all departments, teams and entities
- Point of escalation and resolution for all matters which will influence the standing of our client in the eyes of the customer. This includes delivery, sales proposals, Our client's personnel on the ground etc.

METRICS:

- Business & Senior client stakeholders' feedback on the awareness and progress at different stages in the initiative
- How well the initiative has been adopted across the entities and the teams within each entity
- Success and timeliness of the initiative
