Relationship Manager

RELATIONSHIP MANAGER - RETAIL BANKING - LONDON

A leading UK retail bank has an urgent requirement for an experienced Relationship Manager to join them on a large and business transformation programme. Successful candidates will own and manage relations with stakeholders regarding service agreements. Will also be responsible for escalating any issues relating to these agreements.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

- MUST have a good financial services background, ideally within operations (finance, risk, treasury) and business continuity management.
- Ability to effectively manage third party contacts
- Understanding of the change management process and high-level design
- Support the clients and ensure they are fulfilling their contractual obligations
- Experience of chairing governance forums and setting agendas
- Managing the financial performance of clients

Location: LONDON

Duration: 9 MONTHS +
