Purpose of position:
To be responsible for all matters concerning the regulatory reporting of Capital, Credit Risk and Asset Encumbrance
Assist with the ICAAP policy document
To provide advice and guidance to senior management and business lines on matters relating to the banks regulatory reporting and the impact of new business activities.

Key requirements:
Good all round regulatory reporting experience
Minimum of 3 years reg reporting experience working in an Investment Banking environment
Good working knowledge of BIPRU and CRDIV rules would be beneficial
Credit Risk/Capital Reporting is the key focus of the role

Dimensions of role:
Submit around 500 regulatory templates per annum.
Reporting group has combined total assets of $75 billion.
Any failures or deficiencies in fulfilling these responsibilities could lead to severe regulatory penalties together with extensive operational and reputational risk.
Interact with other business units and departments (MIS, accounting, Taxation, Business Control, Risk Management, Front Office).

This position works in a standard office environment with minimal physical exertion. Long periods of time sitting in front of a computer are required.
Longer hours are mostly required during quarter ends or when approaching deadlines for the submission of financial reports and regulatory returns.
