THE ROLE
To enhance the management reporting, management information, processes and documentation surrounding governance of retail structured product development and sales/distribution controls, specifically focussing on compliance with retail governance policies and regulation.
Working within the retail business team the role is required to industrialise existing processes, standardising and automating where possible, building a repeatable and efficient process for the future.
KEY SKILLS DESIRED
-Banking and banking product knowledge
-Experience in Compliance, financial regulation or audit
-Immaculate in presentation and articulate in communication.
-Ability to follow globally regulation frameworks and improve process
-Attention to detail and ability to queries/check details of large transactions.
