Regulatory Compliance Manager

This is a high impact, highly visible role requiring the incumbent to demonstrate superior verbal and written communication and influencing skills, together with the proven ability to manage senior internal and external stakeholder relationships. The role will suit a pro-active individual with strong critical analysis skills, a high level of intellectual curiosity and the ability to quickly assimilate new information. Applicants must demonstrate a high level of risk awareness, a collegiate approach to team working and a pragmatic approach to problem solving. The ability to use sound judgement and decision making skills often in situations where information is limited is essential.

Responsibilities are extremely wide ranging, covering a variety of different markets and product areas. As such, familiarity with bonds, commodities or derivatives will be a distinct advantage. The role will involve the research, analysis and dissemination of information, due diligence analysis, report writing and presenting to a varied audience of banking and finance professionals.

The ability to communicate with and challenge senior finance professionals is prerequisite and will be complemented by a good understanding of banking business models and commercial awareness. Applicants will demonstrate a strong academic record and strong communication, presentation and public speaking skills.
