REGISTERED NURSE HOSPITAL CASE MANAGER needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Tarzana, CA.

Top Skills Should You Possess:
- Hospital Inpatient Case Management

What You'll Be Doing:
- Assessing discharge-planning needs for the patients to coordinate the delivery of healthcare services
- Provide clinical reviews in a timely manner utilizing InterQual criteria
- Would determine the medical necessity for all admissions and need for continued stay

What You Need to Bring to the Table:
- Registered Nurse Licensure in State of California
- Associates Degree in Nursing from Accredited School
- Three to five (3-5) years of Recent Inpatient Case Management Experience in an Acute Care Setting
- Must have working knowledge of InterQual Guidelines and Discharge Planning
- Must be willing to work Monday-Friday

Bonus Points! Otherwise Known As Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is highly desirable
