Your World Healthcare are currently recruiting for Registered Nurses to join their Aged Care Nursing Team in the Newcastle and Hunter region of NSW.

Your role as a Registered Nurse will involve supervising and providing resident care across residents' entire needs from preventative and palliative to curative and rehabilitative, including a focus on physical, psychosocial and spiritual needs.

The role is spread across 3 sites where you will be covering, on an ongoing basis, any leave take by the permanent Nurses at our clients facilities. To be successful you will be experienced with ACFI documentation and it will be desirable to have experience with dementia specific care. You will be required to start ASAP and you must be available for morning, afternoon and night shifts.

Successful applicants will have:

- Current AHPRA registration
- 2+ years post graduate experience ideally in an aged care setting
- A genuine passion for aged care
- Excellent communication and people skills
